What I've never understood is why anyone would listen to music simply because the singer is considered good-looking. \
Ginger Spice was amazingly sexy but I never listened to Spice Girls because the music was too formulaic and predictible for my tastes; no matter how attractive I found Ginger Spice, her looks didn't overshadow the fact that her musical talent was minimal at best.
Nothing against those who prematurely ejaculate at the sight of a cute female singer, but, seriously, let's call it like it is: guys listen to Duffy 'cause she's cute, not 'cause she's an emotive vocalist or a talented lyricist or a mind-blowing musician.
Physical appearance and musical -- hell, ANY -- talent are utterly unrelated. Look at Frank Zappa for gods sake...
