Hi y'all - compliments of theseason etc.

Overall, this year was a very poor year for me new-music-wise. This was 
partly compensated by a few classic reissues and some good older stuff I 
managed to acquire.  Here are my fave CDs of 2008 (according to the 
iTunes "year" parameter) although, truth be told, the only ones I 
listened to at length were AC/DC, Explorer's Club & Glasvegas :

Girls Aloud - Out of Control
Mop Tops - Ground Floor Man
Oasis - Dig Out Your Soul
Foxboro Hot Tubs -  Stop Drop and Roll
Kaiser Chiefs - Off With Their Heads
Afternoons - Sweet Action
Crash Street Kids - Transatlantic Suicide


I got more fun out  of the following reissues - the Titan 2CD set was my 
favourite listening material of 2008:

Blue Ash - No More No Less
Creedence - all the  original albums
Jesus & Mary Chain - Power of Negative Thinking
Nick Lowe - Jesus of Cool
Smiths - The Sound of the Smiths
Titan Records set - Its All Pop!
