Whenever I hear or see a reference to this song, I always think of "Warning:

John Wesley Harding: I'd definitely ban Richard Marx, because I hate his
haircut and he's a 'Repeat Offender.' Who would you ban?
SW: Well, Phil Collins, I can't complain about the haircut, but he's pretty
boring himself.

JWH: Yeah, what was that song?
