In a year where legacy acts (REM, Bob Mould, et.al) have taken up the
majority of my record-buying dollar, Glasvegas has been one of my favorite
new discoveries.
I really dig the whole Phil Spector/Jesus & Mary
Chain/Ochenwllogywllycchhhlylll accent thing they've got going on. The music
is exciting and refreshing at a time when there hasn't been much that's
wowed me.
