The Fratellis were incredible. I consider them a guilty pleasure for
me. I've been a fan since they released Costello Music in 2006. I
actually bought the UK version of the album since I couldn't wait the
6 months until it was released in the US.
They've only really played festivals or big cities, or opened for big
shows, like The Police, so I had yet to see them.
They were genuinely thankful and surprised at the singalong and
excitement from the crowd in Philly.

I specifically took my niece and nephew to that show figuring they
would dig the fratellis. it was kind of weird, the 36yo aunt, taking
the "kids" to the show, and saying 'there's this band I want you to
hear, and can we stay for the encore too?!'

it was pretty funny. I've been taking the two of them places and to
live shows since they were wee little ones.
