Subject The Major Labels

I was wondering if anyone picked up the debut album from The Major Labels (Mike Viola, Bleu and Ducky Carlisle)? I have been playing it almost constantly for the past two weeks.

It sounds like if Wings, Harry Nilsson and T Rex had a baby....plus I love how they "Abbey Road" some of the tracks, stuffing two or three great song fragments into one great track.

There is a great 'making of' blog post on the ML myspace page...

I am a pretty hardcore Mike Viola fan, but had never really 'got' Bleu. I find based on this album, I need to re-assess....
