Dr. Tony's Obvious Popcast (http://obvious.typepad.com), Not Lame's
Podcast (http://www.notlamepodcast.com), and my own
(http://suitcasefullofdimes.blogspot.com) are strong on power pop. Or
if you're looking for a little more variety, try Coverville
(http://www.coverville.com) or Sniff The Tip
(http://sniffthetip.podomatic.com).
In addition, Adam Waltemire podcasts several hours of his weekly Pop
Garden Radio show (http://www.popgardenradio.com) and Michael
McCartney frequently podcasts a portion of his The Time machine radio
show (http://thetimemachine.fm).
That should be enough to get you started.

For the best in independent rock and power pop, check out the latest
episode of "Suitcase Full of Dimes." Show #94 features podsafe music
from Chewy Marble, Get Back Loretta, and The Fire Apes. New shows
posted as often as I can make them at
http://suitcasefullofdimes.blogspot.com.
