No I would say he is definitely thinking of the Teddybears STHLM (Stockholm) who were the band performing with Robyn this time and the Mad Cobra last time in the bear head masks.
Both Mika and Kanye West have also used the fuzzy bear costumes in the past but the Teddybears STHLM's masks seem to be hard plastic or rubber.
