I actually don't know what the straw was. It's just a sad state of 
affairs. I have know Jud since about 1973, and Alec since the mid>late 
80's. He was working at Mod Lang when I first got to know him over the 
phone. I like both of them, but of course I have some great memories of 
wildish adventures with Jud. Thank Clapton they are still both doing 
what they love. We all benefit.
