It was great to meet you Jennifer!
I remember seeing you at the Popup show the night before the Scottish
showcase, but I was waiting until their set was over to introduce
myself and when I went to look for you, I couldn't find you.
My "obsession" for Scottish music at the moment is less of an
obsession and almost accidental as it keeps growing naturally. If I
listen and chat with band A, they somehow lead me to band B, who's
also associated with bands C, D, E and F, etc.
just like any music scene, it's all rather intertwined .
at the moment, I can't stop listening to The Dead Beat Club's
"sometime" at the moment! that's thanks to two separate things: a
podcast called Three from Leith and the Sunny Govan Switchback radio
show.

between the pop and americana mixed with rock....there's tons of
stuff, it's a bit insane.
