  I know it's not the CD, but I have it in MP3 (long with Tommy's entire catalog including the also brutally hard to find Based on Happy Times) encoded at 256kbps.  Happy to shoot it your way.

I'm having the same problem with Tommy Keene's "Songs from the Film". 
Another powerpop "cornerstone" CD that I'm trying to acquire. Any help 
from any of my fellow Auditeers would be appreciated. Yes, that's me 
bidding on the only one currently available on eBay. Checked Gemm, 
musicstack, secondspin, spun, Amazon, half.com, googled for it, hung a 
sign around my neck and begged on the streets, drove to Tommy's house in 
Maryland, broke into hotel rooms at the last IPO, etc.
