I've only heard the first single, "Hot Corner," which, to me, is just
classic B's -- glammy, dancey fun.
Because of that, I can't offer a substantive comparison to earlier work. I
loved "Cosmic Thing," and "Deadbeat Club," may well be one of my favorite
songs of the last 20 years.
I have high hopes for the full record. I'll pick it up when I have the
opportunity. For me, it's just nice enough to have them back.
