Dolby played on Bruce's one album. It is strange that he never put out another record again. It's also interesting that he looks like he raided Trevor Horn's closet for the horrible white rimmed specs he wears on the original LP cover -- his debonair Bowieesque flair on the American sleeve is much more in keeping with the stylish music.
