Hey Jon -
As an old-time hockey fan myself, I'd have to say that the Whalers' "Brass Bonanza" was one of the coolest team theme songs that I can think of.

I attended a few Whalers games at the old Hartford Civic Center on a bus trip with the Flyers' Fan Club back in the 80's and I always thought that song was awesome.
Plus, the Whalers were the only franchise with the guts to join the Flyers by wearing the long pants uniform. Remember that? LOL.
Old-time hockey... Eddie Shore... ;-)
