Few people know that I have been a collector of reggae music for about 25 to 30 years now. Yes, there was a period when I completely stopped paying attention to the music that was coming out of Jamaica during my grad school years. I was just too poor to buy it. Also, there was the time when I dived hard into power pop and alternative rock. However, within the last 2 to 3 years, I got back into the "game" with fury. In fact, for the last two years I almost exclusively listened and purchased reggae music. I order from various online distributors and I trade with collectors worldwide. It is a passion of mine and I can talk for days about reggae music and what I have learned from it all. In any event, given that I do know the music, I am very picky as to what I listen to and what I allow to come into my house. Put differently, I only buy and listen to what is authentic. Thus, it is with great excitement that I can share the following link with you. It is a Live365 radio station (
online radio) that plays a great selection of reggae music from all the various eras of Jamaican music (ska, rocksteady, reggae, rockers, dancehall, dub, ragga, and modern roots). By the way, as been mentioned on various reggae boards,.UncleFee is one of the best selectors out there..also enjoy his voice-overs..they are classic Jamaican radio!

By the way, I bring this link to this board because most of you are like me..you can appreciated different music if it is done with passion and with conviction..I know reggae is not for everyone..but some of you will enjoy..
