This one's for our south-central Pennsylvania contingent:

I'd like to invite you to join me this Saturday night (23 February) at The Crimson Frog Coffeehouse at the Cedar Cliff Mall in scenic New Cumberland, Pa. Showtime is a family-friendly 8 p.m., so there's plenty of time for you to come out and still get the kids in bed at a reasonable hour.
I'll be playing the usual mix of Milkshake Jones tunes, solo songs and covers. If I'm feeling particularly pretentious, I might even read some poetry to you. Look for the black turtleneck. That'll be your first clue.
I'll be joined at this show by sometime MSJ drummer Dan Almoney. It's the first time we've played together in more than a year, and I'm really excited about getting together again.
Last months's show at St. Thomas Roasters in Harrisburg, was packed to the gills, and it'd be nice if we could do the same thing on Saturday. It makes things so much more fun.
This is the second of a series of solo shows I'll be doing this winter and spring to promote the latest Milkshake Jones CD "Gala Days." If you don't have it yet, what are you waiting for? It's available for download on iTunes, and other download services.
But if you need an actual, physical copy of the LP, you can get it through our label, Paisley Pop (http://www.paisleypop.com); from Not Lame (http://www.notlame.com); KoolKat (http://www.koolkatmusik.com) and CDBaby (http://www.cdbaby.com/milkshakejones).
You can also hear tracks from the LP at the MySpace page (http://www.myspace.com/milkshakejones). They're available for free download. But I've got a kid to put through college (in 15 years!), so please consider supporting independent music by buying a full copy of the disc.

Anyway, hope to see you all out there for a great night of music.
John
