Anyone know what was the cause of the falling out?

These clips are from the Southbank Doc called Born Fighters. Nick is
pretty drunk for most of it, and at one point him and Dave exchange some
sharp words. If you can ever track down the whole show, it's worth
watching. These guys are incredible musicians and it's a text book on
how to arrange a tune. Great to see my pal Terry Williams looking and
playing well.
