No CD reissue for sure and no blog that I know of, but if you subscribe to the yahoo group at http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/BlanketofSecrecy/ and ask nicely, someone will email it to you.
And while you're waiting for it, you can check out the 1st 3 tracks from the LP (including Say You Will) and a couple of B sides. Plus, IF I can get it to upload, the original version of Close to Me, which appeared on a Peter Marsh solo single. But it's not uploading for some reason. :-(
