The other two are forum based on a website and I find myself going to them maybe twice a year when I think about it. Having a digest come to my email keeps me up to date even if I don't get a chance to read them that day or in some cases - a few weeks. It may take up space in my email but it's a reminder that I need to read the digest or delete it versus going to a website forum which is just not part of my daily habit. Heck...I don't even go to my own website on a daily basis. *lol

I thanked you then and do so now for years of dedication to this list. We also discussed what eventually became your decision this weekend so I'm not surprised. Bummed out...sad...but not surprised.

It does have that weird emotional feeling inside similar to hanging with close friends at a wedding reception or a high school graduation (or reunion for that matter). I've stated on this list before about the wonderful people that I've had the chance to know because of this list either thru email or in person. Meeting many of you in person would never had happened without Audities and I will forever cherish that. The number of members on this list was fairly large and there was no way that I could have personally met everyone or traded emails but like most lurkers - I have always enjoyed reading what other music fans, writers, business owners, label heads, musicians, radio folks like myself, music retail employees and other assorted job descriptions filled this list with their latest find or musical memory.
