I would think that using the names Poptopia, Popsided, or Yellow
Pills would require explict permission from the owners, no matter
how nominal, if for no other reason than respect for the originators
and their prior art. Same goes for David per Pop Overthrow. Tho 
appropriated from Jim Ellison his boundless dedication to the
principles of Audities style pop earn him that right.
