Being another of the early listmembers, it has been sad to watch the
list slowly descend into what has seemed like alternation between
monotony and sudden vitriol. I had even thought of unsubbing at
times, but the list still brought news of music every once in a while
that would remind me why it was worth staying. Over the years I've
become less vocal, almost a virtual lurker, unless some subject drew
me out. I suppose it's the ebb and flow of things. All kudos to
Michael for his long-term dedication and remarkable patience in
heading the Audities list.
I've certainly met a lot of good folks here, and hope to linger
amongst you all in whatever incarnation comes next. Speaking of
which, allow me to toss another suggestion for a list-name into the
fray: POP-AUDYSSEY. (Again, looking for a little retro Audities
reference...)
