After digging around a bit, here is my list. I pretty much stuck to what
I would consider (power) pop. If this was my top 20 of all-time, there
would be inclusion of Quadrophenia, Murmur, and Let It Be/Tim/Pleased to
Meet Me as well.

In random order:

Frisbie/Subversive Sounds of Love

Millard Powers/Millard Powers

Semisonic/Across the Great Divide

Semantics/Powerbill

Beach Boys/Pet Sounds

Jellyfish/Bellybutton

Jellyfish/Spilt Milk

Big Star/#1 Record-Radio City

Orange Humble Band/Assorted Creams

Van Duran/Are You Serious?

Hoodoo Gurus/Mars Needs Guitars

Brad Jones/Gilt Flake

Cheap Trick/Heaven Tonight

Jason Falkner/Presents Author Unknown

Bleu/Redhead

Posies/Frosting on the Beater

Zombies/Odyssey and Oracle

Nines/Properites of Sound

Emmit Rhodes/Emmit Rhodes

Merrymakers/Bubblegun

And just bubbling under, but still get regular spins

Teenage Fanclub/Banwagonesque

Crowded House/Together Alone

Cloud Eleven/Orange and Green and Yellow and Near

Nick Lowe/Jesus of Cool

Mark Bacino/Million Dollar Milkshake

Redd Kross/Third Eye

Pooh Sticks/Great White Wonder

Zumpano/Look What the Rookie
