Glad to see an Al Stewart record mentioned. He's my personal favorite "Too well known to be called over-looked, but too overlooked to be as well known as he should be"! artist.
This man has penned some pop classics that are sadly ignored and unfortunately he's more known for his lesser work like "Song on the radio"... what a shame. A lot of great tracks in his catalog that would appeal to Beatles fans (He seen by some as only MOR-AOR and others as only folk-rock, but the truth is he was a pop songwriter.)... Anyway, Modern Times is also my favorite.
