Let's see, so far this morning I've listened to JOYFUL by Ayo (imagine 
a Nigerian Corrine Bailey Rae), MIRACLE by Heidi Berry ('90s 4AD 
artist who brought a little Shirley and Dolly Collins to the 
traditional 4AD Wall Of Reverb) and HI SCORES by Boards of Canada 
(exceedingly mellow Scottish electronica circa 1996), with an EP by 
croaky alt-country band Clem Snide on deck.  Any of those might be 
useful directions.
