Try some 80s Underground for awhile....
Killing Joke, Sad Lovers & Giants, Chameleons, Rose of Avalanche,
Teardrop Explodes, Gang of Four, Wire, Clan of Xymox, etc, etc,,,

Some dark, angular, spacey post-punk is always a good cure for the
sugar-rush of pop overload!
