> 1) Is the Sunday Times is a 7-day per week newspaper?
The Times is the daily paper. The Sunday Times is the very bulky Sunday edition, as the name suggests!
> 2) How often do they include CD's? There are many on Ebay, so I think it's frequent.
Occasionally. I remember seeing a Bjork one a couple of years back, and a 30 years of Punk one. Some of the Sunday tabloids, such as The Mail on Sunday (insert vomiting picture here) are always giving away freebies - best of the 70's, Sounds of the 60's, etc. Very formulaic with no surprises in the track listing, pretty much like their editorial content!
> 3) Do CD's go in all of their papers, including home delivery and those buying it at a newsstand or other retail outlets?
The magazine sections are in a sealed plastic bag. The CD usually goes in here. The CD's are always in Card Sleeves. The magazine section goes to all outlets and home deliveries.
