In a conversation between Greg Godovitz (Carpet Frogs, Goddo) in 2003 with Pagliaro he said (using best John Cleese Doing A French Accent): "I do not get out of bed for less than $25,000. And I do not get out of bed, ever, to  go to English speaking Canada. I will be in France if anyone wants me."
