Thanks for the info!  While someone had told me that he was still alive 
a few years ago, (I wasn't sure, as he had health problems a few decades 
ago), it's nice to finally see a real web page.  And while I have a nice 
CDR of that solo LP, it would be great if someday it would be released 
on CD. - Mark
