I knew as soon as I hit send I would think of some more.
One track that most definitely should have made that list is Cry Cry Cry by the Unrelated Segments. 
some more bands of interest to Audities that slipped my mind:
Phenomenal Cats/Chris Richards
Waxwings
Doxie
Velour 100 and ESP Summer (both worthwhile His Name Is Alive side projects)
Veronica Lake
