Although now that I think of it, to answer your question, I can think 
of two great recent singles that featured repeated hook lines. 
There's "Cameras On" by the Yoko Casionos:

And (slightly older) Immaculate Machine's "There's No Such Thing As 
The Future," which unfortunately is only available on YouTube in a 
pretty good live performance that suffers terribly from really crap
