This list topic is no more or less opinion-based than any other.
Interesting how a negative spin (ie: "over-rated") turns some people off.

I guess I just went for some picks who strike me as mediocre at best
despite voluminous critical praise or wide mainstream appeal.
Again...just an opinion.
