I wonder if the massive Bill's Records is still around. It was north of the 
city and unlike any other I'd visited. Back then they had massive amounts of 
vinyl and imports that I didn't know existed and a cd room that has probably 
overtaken the vinyl I'm sure.

Nothing was priced and you would bring the item up to the counter and find 
out the price. Rumor was that the owner would price it according to how he 
liked your looks, based on his sexual preference. Maybe a bad rumor, but one 
that was persistent.

It's been a long time since I've visited Dallas so none of the other store 
names and locations come to mind and I'm sure most are gone now.
