Just snagged this based on the chatter here, and it is a FABULOUS record.  It'll knock you on the first listen.. and then it gets better.  Hope I get a chance to see her live.

What an incredible voice. The music reminds me 
of a cross between Ed Harcourt and Gemma Hayes.
