While I do not have of of their straight to USB setups, I vouch very 
strongly for the Numark line of DJ turntables.  I have one permanently 
set up at the end of my desk for Little Hits entries and other 
vinyl-to-digital projects.  I'm sure the phono to USB setups are just 
as good.
