It was the same record. TFF released Happy Ending on Arista in 2003...and
then were promptly screwed when Clive Davis handed the keys to the executive
bathroom to LA Reid...and TFF lost their deal...in the middle of promoting
the album.
So they took the record back, remixed it, and re-released it....complete
with a tour.
