Not to defend that specific clerk, who might've just been lazy, but as a
former music retail guy myself, I was on the receiving end of that question
more times than I could count, and it was usually from someone who'd walked
into the store and couldn't be bothered to actually look and SEE if we had
what they were looking for.

Personally, that always used to drive me crazy...
