As Lee says, it's on the soundtrack to the excellent Canadian
mockumentary FUBAR. (The same crew later did another very good film
called IT'S ALL GONE PETE TONG.) The soundtrack consists entirely of
current Canadian bands doing hesher-rock anthems from the '70s and
'80s. My last contribution to a SOTT was titled (and opened with) a
line of dialogue from the film, "Turn up the good, turn down the
suck." Available on DVD and totally recommended.
