I know this song. I'm pretty sure the hit version was sung by a female
singer.
I wish the lyrics were easier to understand...

michael, i'm going to try and retranscribe as much as of the lyric and
repost that to see if that helps you. I knew someone would know it; i also seem to
remember it being a female singer too. The chorus is "right now" so I think
that would be the title, but can't seem to find a song by that title in
looking around.
