I might have started the "lack of excitement" thread. Being from the
Right Coast I get offended by the New York City "too cool" attitude,
tho that's an anachronism now (especially as some of my favorite
Audities bands & musicians call themselves New Yorkers (or close by)).
But can't help it - I'm from the 60's. I want bands to really get into
it (the show, the performance), as opposed to giving off vibes that
make me feel like I'm not wanted (ie the audience does not meet "their"
standards).
Maybe they're just shy - cause their audience loves their music, and I
agree with Don that the "sound" coming from the stage is top-notch.
I continue to pull for them - they've built up their base on a steady
upward curve, and the group is still a group, not just 4 solo musicians
on their own trip.
