It was Ann-Margret and also the guy who plays Birdie. I'd say watch the 
film sometime.  It's silly fun, some fun songs (Ed Sullivan, etc).  But 
I must say I find Paul Lynde (sp) to be quite funny in it. That and 
Birdie's "Man, I hope I never get that tense" line.
