So let me get this straight, Stewart. If you don't like something, then it sucks, and everybody that likes it is an idiot. So it does not enter your mind that maybe if something is not to your taste, then maybe it just possibly could be to the taste of others. In other words, your taste in all things is absolute, meaning everyone else is wrong...or am I missing something. For example, there are many here on this list that LOVE Paul McCartney. I do not. But I appreciate and respect him for his past accomplishments. I am happy that millions of people still enjoy his music, and follow his life as readily as they did when he was a Beatle. However, he does not reach me, and hasn't in decades. Still, good for him, and all the joy he brings to his millions of fans. I just don't think he sucks...I just don't like his current output all that much. You seem to think that what you like is the end all and be all.
It. ain't.
And regardless if the new Eagles CD makes you writhe in pain, turns you blue, and pops a vein, I will enjoy the shit out of it, as will millions of others. And I won't think you suck if you don't like it, before, or after you hear it.
I'll pass along your thoughts on what kind of people you think they are the next time I talk to Timmy or Walsh.
