What is the legal definition of plagiarism? Is it not two bars of a matching
vocal melody with the same number of bars of a matching lyric?

The words and the rhythm of the vocals are the exact same for a bar of music
(1 and 2 and 3 e an uh 4 and) but the melody is completely different. Is
this enough to constitute plagiarism, whether intentionally done or not?
