Peter Holsapple just posted on a guitar related board that I frequent that
he and Stamey have a new "duet" release scheduled for this winter on Bar
None. Also, Mavericks is being re-released with bonus tracks by Collector's
Choice.
He says the db's reunion record is moving along, but I wonder how many of
the songs have been redirected towards the Bar None release? Regardless,
still good news.
I thought Mavericks was average, a few killer tracks and a bunch of "OK"
stuff....but the killers make it overall worthwhile.
BTW, Peter's new job is as a "Blowfish"..playing behiind Hootie. Not sure
how long he has been doing this, but I know a tour is planned.
