Yawn...
  Do you have any idea how much money Terry and Avril have? McBride says he'll probably settle out of court, which will actually save him money in legal fees.
  Regardless of what they pay out, it won't be anywhere near what this "Avril Awareness" found publicity would have cost.
  Even if the Rube's DID write the tune, it took Avril to make it a huge hit, and one of this year's guilty pleasures.
  There are only 12 notes in the Western musical scale. Pop songs almost ALWAYS have similarities, some intentionally, some not.
  Then of course, there is the most blatant musical rip of all time, between The Chiffons and a certain Mr. Harrison...
