SoundExchange and Canada's AVLA are collecting. And despite the negative
press on SoundExchange for apparently not being able to "find" artists, they
pay quarterly.....just received a sizeable cheque for Carpet Frogs airplay
from various websources dating back 7 years. The process is new and being
sorted through, but they ARE making an effort.
