Only if you're a fan of "Broadway Todd" (ie, Todd channels Gilbert and Sullivan).  Personally, it's a highly underrated album and includes one of his most emotional songs - "If I Have To Be Alone".

However, I'm in the minority for liking Second Wind, in the online Todd community at least.
