Everyone knows I love this Sparks period. I wore out propaganda and kimono
when I was a teenager... The maels are looking kind old, but they still
sound damn good live.

I have one of the recent moscow concerts, but I lent it to a friend. When I
get it back (maybe Friday) I can put it somewhere for easy download. Email
me if you are interested in the link. Sparks played June 1st and 2nd at a
little club (approx 1400 people) called the Apelsin in Moscow. The show I
have is from June 2nd.

This was the set list:

01 Sparks Show (intro)
02 Happy Hunting Ground
03 Something For The Girl With Everything
04 Bon Voyage
05 In The Future
06 Tryouts For The Human Race
07 The Number 1 Song In Heaven
08 Never Turn Your Back On Mother Earth
09 -laughing-
10 Music You Can Dance To
11 Pineapple
12 Dick Around
13 Perfume
14 Waterproof
15 When Do I Get To Sing "My Way"?
16 This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both Of Us
17 Amateur Hour
18 Aeroflot
19 Suburban Homeboy
20 Change
21 Dick Around (piano version)

Also here are some pics from the concert:

If you don't feel like waiting uou can also get the show via bittorrent, but
I've only seen one private torrent so far, tracked by tradersden.org. To
access it you would register on tradersden.org (get an email account just
for this and don't use your real one) then search for "sparks moscow" and it
will show the torrent. Make sure you have a bittorrent client app installed
on your computer (For Windows users I suggest uTorrent.com). Click on the
torrent file, open it, and start downloading. The file is about 600mb and
not well seeded (the number of people sharing pieces of bootleg) so it may
take a while to download.

Some of the russian guys I talk with online recorded both video and audio,
so it will be more widely available online in a few weeks. The concert I
have is just audio, in flac format, though you can easily convert that to
mp3.

Cheers,
Gary
