I have just listened to the regular disk so far...I may get to the bonus 
disk tonight.  I'll let you know...

BTW, in spite of being a huge Macca fan, I admit I have a bad habit of 
giving his disks (since FITD) one listen and then off to collect dust on 
the shelf.   I've decided intentionally give this one more of my 
attention span to see if it grows on me.   I think it's a loyalty thing 
-- but should I really have to TRY to like something?  

My first impression is that this album is making a better first 
impression than other Macca efforts in recent years.  Some tracks seems 
reminiscent of Pipes of Peace.  I like a lot of tracks, but I can't help 
but feeling that on some tracks he's just phoning it in. 

I agree with the earlier post that suggested that two back-to-back 
albums could have been trimmed to one really fine album.      Much in 
the way tha George's 'All Things Must Pass' could have been the greatest 
Beatles solo effort ever -- had it been a single album.
