Hey Bill, I'm with you on the new Malin disc. Definitely his most
consistent. He's got the whole Ryan Adams vibe going, except he's not
afraid to rock out. Prisoners of Paradise is a scorcher and Black
Haired Girl has some nice bg vocals from Jakob Dylan. I hear his
ballady version of Bastards of Young on Sirius Left of Center every now
and then...and I know it may be one of those songs that no one should
ever cover, but I don't mind his take on it.

Bob

No one bit on my Jesse Malin post - can't believe I'm the only Auditeer
digging the new one! One of my faves for 2007 and tunes that hang in
your head like barnacles..

So...(taps microphone)...any Ike Reilly fans out there? WE BELONG TO THE
STAGGERING EVENING, anyone?
