Bingo.
I can understand how t-shirts are a pain in the ass to cart around and can
run out on a tour, but have someone on the home front ready to replenish if
necessary. Ditto CDs - even if you sell out of pre-produced CDs, sell some
CD-Rs for half the price with an option to Paypal the difference for a full
regular release when you get back!
To quote Alec Baldwin's character in GLENGARRY GLEN ROSS..."Get out there -
you got the prospects coming in. You think the came in to get out of the
rain? A guy don't walk on the lot lest he wants to buy. They're sitting out
there waiting to give you their money. Are you gonna take it? Are you man
enough to take it?"
